Resolute Systems Mediator/Arbitrator Reginald A. Holmes will speak during the upcoming American Bar Association’s 14th Arbitration Training Institute.  Mr. Holmes is a full-time ADR Practitioner with a deep knowledge and breadth of experience in dispute resolution. Mr. Holmes has presided over matters ranging from small dollar matters to amounts in controversy well in excess of $1 Billion. His is practice national and international in scope. Mr. Holmes will provide an arbitrator’s perspective on the June 16, 2021 Discovery and Motion Practice Session.  According to the program description, this session “will address the appropriate use of discovery and motions in arbitration, and how the arbitrator can act to prevent abusive tactics.”  The session  will be moderated by Tom Hanrahan and Julie Gottshall will offer the advocate’s perspective.

The 14th Annual Arbitration Training Institute will take place over a series of dates, and will “continue to build upon the Institute’s reputation and recognition as the preeminent Arbitration Training forum with faculty consisting of recognized leaders in the arbitration field, including both arbitrators and advocates.”  The 14th Arbitration Training Institute will be presented live in a virtual online setting over a period of six (6) days in June 2021. The specific dates are June 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, and 25 with one (1) session to be presented on each day commencing at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Institute’s six (6) sessions will include in-depth review and discussions:
