Resolute Mediator Reg Holmes to Moderate American Bar Association Panel CLE on Technical Witnesses

Resolute Mediator Reg Holmes will moderate a panel discussion February 17 for the American Bar Association’s 2021 Virtual Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar.  The program is titled “Best Practices for Corporate Counsel’s Management and Oversight of Technical Expert Witnesses”

This program will focus on the role of corporate counsel in the selection, preparation, protection, management, use, and presentation of technical experts in legal proceedings. The panel will also discuss opportunities for counsel to further corporate missions, rights, and obligations as well as counsel’s ethical obligations in the technical expert context.  The program has been approved for General CLE. The seminar registration fee includes tuition, online course materials developed especially for this seminar, and access to the networking events.
